This is not a scene release so there are no "Original scene packed files"! Please read the installation instruction if you want the patch to work properly. If you can't get the patch to work even following the instruction, then the problem is certainly on your side and there is nothing I can do about it, the patches have been tested on both XP x86 and 7 x64 and proof is provided below.
Virustotal analysis of the patch has been provided, please refer to that before complaining or wasting your time reporting the topic, DON'T download if you think anti-viruses are always right!!

Installation instructions for XP:
1. Completely uninstall any previous installations of CuteFTP and delete the installation directory.
2. Extract the archive and install the app to wherever you want using "CuteFTP_Pro_v8.3.4.0007.exe".
3. Run the app once and then close it.
4. Run "patch.exe" from wherever you want and choose your installation directory of CuteFTP. If you're installing the app to its default location, your installation directory would be the folder named "CuteFTP 8 Professional" inside the folder named "GlobalSCAPE" not the "GlobalSCAPE" folder itself.
5. Wait till you get the successful message from the patch and then you'd have a properly cracked copy of the app. Though note that the app would give you the successful message even if it doesn't patch the files correctly, make sure you follow the above steps correctly.
6. You might get some crappy message from the app the first time you run it, just ignore it and the app will load without any problems.

1. Completely uninstall any previous installations of CuteFTP and delete the installation directory.
