PROBLEM
If you encounter any problem about dll's, you can fix it with DLL Folder in
the RAR.
If this DLL Folder cant handle your problem,updating your DirectX verison can fix it.

And just put the files in the zip file into the game's folder and run alterOps.exe As adminstrator and wait for it to finish downloading then rerun it and put your account username & password
